I use data to drive my decisions when I'm coaching you along with a very strategic 3 step framework.

1. Metabolic Assessment

This is where we'll collect a bunch of data. Food intake, movement assessments, and more. This stage is all about getting in sync with your circadian rhythm. How does your system operate? What inputs and outputs are going in? Let's understand YOU on a deep level before we start switching wires around. I spend 2 week increments testing and finding out meaningful data that you can leverage for the most efficient and effective results possible. I typically present you with a few options, along with my personal analysis for big decisions we make.

2. Toss The Salad

This is where we test and refine all the elements that will maximize you for fat loss, muscle gain, increased energy, and focus. It's a combination of working out, nourishing yourself with good food (while enjoying it), and sleeping like a rock. I will help you combine these tools in a way that's not stressful, overwhelming, or deprivation based..

 

3. Grill and Chill

Ideally without too many burns. I will help you adapt your programming, food intake, and lifestyle leverage points as your goals change. You might move, get a new job, get married, get surgery, have kids, hurt your back, the list goes on. Obstacles WILL come up. So we get ahead of this in order to set you up for a Grill and Chill type vibe. There will be periods where you sweat. And there will be times where you chill. Intentionally.

  • Assessing your 3 day food log (in fitness pal, written down, take pictures, whatever's comfortable for you.

  • Discussing potential challenges that will inevitably come up and what kind of support you'd appreciate from me

  • Covering any questions you have for me

  • And so much more
