ABOUT Blake

 

As a busy husband and dad of three boys, I understand the hurdles that can come of trying to fit a healthy lifestyle into a busy life. One of my favorite aspects of coaching is finding creative ways to help clients achieve their nutrition and fitness goals in whatever season of life they're in.

 

With a former career in teaching, I've learned how to communicate to diverse audiences complex ideas in a simple way, making sure the knowledge for growth and autonomy is always attainable. Seeing the light bulb moments bring me a lot of joy as a coach!
